Bylaws and Declarations

Bylaws and The Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions are part of what makes a neighborhood. The owners and members of Olde Towne Place have worked on our Bylaws and Declarations to make them our own.

The documents are a work in progress as the times and membership change. The Board of Directors accept all comments and input on these documents.
